Reservations

All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and subject to HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) of 13%.

A $300 deposit is required at time of booking. The balance of your invoice is due at check-out.

Check-in is 4 PM and check-out is 9 AM.

For cancellations 60 days or more from the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded, less a $75 administration fee.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date are non-refundable.

If capacity exceeds maximum occupany, additonal rates of $85 per week or $15 a night during off season per person plus HST will apply.

All guests are expected to leave cottages tidy at time of departure or a $100 additional cleaning fee will be applied.

We do not charge gratuities and leave that up to individual guest’s discretion.

 

 

 

Pet Policy

Pets are welcome at our resort! If you’re staying here with your furry friend, there are some things we’d like you to help us out with to ensure a smooth stay for everyone.

Pet fee is $10/day or $50/week

We know you love your pet, but we ask that you please don’t let them up onto the furniture (sofas and beds). If you are not able to keep them off, please bring covers to protect our furniture.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Ensure to supervise your pets at all times.

Pets are not to be left unattended inside the cottage unless crated.

If pet odours persist after your stay, or if there is significant hair in the cottage that requires additional cleaning, a charge of $150 will be processed through the credit card on file.

 

 

 

Damages

In the event that damages occur to the cottages, boats, motors, equipment or property, the full amount of the cost incurred to Mashkinonje Resort will be applied to the customer’s credit card.

 

 

 

Waiver

For the safety and understanding of all guests, a Release of Liability waiver is necessary for all guests staying on the property.  This document entails a waiver of claims, as well as an assumption of risks and indemnity.

By providing the Cottage Rental deposit, you agree to the terms of the Waiver.

Before you settle in and get comfortable, we would like to make you aware of the Resort Rules in place. Understanding and complying with our rules will make for a comfortable and fun stay for everybody!

Please ensure you read and fully understand the rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings and avoid any charges upon check out.
